WARRANTY POLICY

WesternPack product is warranted to be free from defects in materials and workmanship for the life of the item. Our warranty applies for the purposes intended, under normal conditions only. The warranty does not cover damage caused by normal and typical wear, accidents, airline mishandling, unreasonable use, negligence, improper care, damage from abuse, or unauthorized repair.

If believed to be defective, please return the product to KORUS CO., Warranty Service Department, 1353 Oakland Road, San Jose, CA 95112. If reviewed and found defective, we will repair or replace the item at our discretion. The warranty does not cover shipping charges to the service department. Other repair and/or service fee may apply if the product is not covered under the warranty guidelines.

· How do I go about getting my bag repaired?

You will need to contact our repair technician at our warranty services department. Please visit our “customer service” link for further instructions.

· How do I know if my bag is covered under warranty?


Your product will need to be examined by one of our repair technicians who will determine whether the damage is covered under warranty. If the warranty applies, there will be no charge to you for the repair. If the warranty does not cover the damage, the repair center will notify you of the charge prior to repair.

· I love my pack, but need a replacement part? How do I get that?


Contact our Warranty Service Center (1888-KORUS-CO) for details on how to retro fit your pack.

· What are the regulations for Carry-On bags for Airlines?

Most US airlines allow a maximum of two carryon bags. The maximum dimensions for one bag must not exceed
22" x 14" x 9" or 45" overall. The second bag must be smaller in size to fit under an aircraft seat. Carryon standards vary from airline to airline. Therefore, travelers are advised to contact their airline prior to departure to ensure the size standards are met.

· If I don't find a backpack at a store or online, can I special order it?


YES, you can special order the pack you want from your local KORUS (WesternPack) retailer. However, the special order agreement is between you and the retailer. Since KORUS does not sell at a retail level, we can't dictate to a store how they handle their business and/or if they take special orders.

· I am a retailer and would love to carry KORUS (WesternPack) products. Who do I contact?


We would love for you to carry our products as well! If interested in carrying our packs, please contact our KORUS (WesternPack) Customer Service Department (1.888.KORUS.CO) and they will put you in touch with the appropriate Sales Representative.

· How do I clean my KORUS pack?


We recommend you clean your pack with a damp cloth as necessary. Do not machine wash or use detergent or bleach. Line dry. Washing leather is not recommended. Keep any electronic device dry while washing.

· Is KORUS hiring? Who do I contact to seek for a position?
